Free Virtual Seminar: How to Thrive as an Analog Photographer in a Digital Age with Michael Behlen of Analog Forever
Wednesday, March 29, 2023
5 – 7 pm, MST (Zoom)

Sponsored by Analog Forever Magazine in collaboration with the Colorado Photographic Arts Center, this free online seminar takes a deep dive into what it means to thrive as an analog photographer in the digital age. We like to think everything has changed when the world transitioned to digital, but has it? Perhaps it’s easier than ever!

Topics will include:

  • Social Media – Effective use of digital platforms for film photographers
  • Community Building – Finding your people
  • DIY: Build it and they will come.
  • Portfolio Reviews – An effective use of time and money?
  • Submitting Work – To Who, Why, and How Often?
  • List of Community Resources: Magazines, Journals, Websites, etc.

This webinar will be led by Analog Forever Magazine’s founder Michael Behlen. Founded in 2018, Analog Forever Magazine has published the work of 100s of photographic artists both in print and online and has built a community that shows that the digital age isn’t killing art. It’s transforming it.
