One of four exhibitions on view at 40 West Gallery during the Month of Photography festival, Relinquish: A Photographic Conversation Between Mother and Daughter features works by Boulder-based artist Casie Zalud. From the Artist: The Relinquish project is a series of diptychs including one photograph taken by my six-year-old daughter Linnéa, and one photograph taken by myself. Linnéa’s photos are interactions with the world around her, created from a place of emotion, curiosity, and pride. By consciously following her example, I have worked to rediscover my own interpretations of these elements in my work. Gallery hours: Wednesday -Saturday 12-4pm
