The reviews are not juried, but all participants should be serious about photography and able to present a solid body of work. All emerging, mid-career, and established photographers are welcome. Registration opens November 15, 2020 and closes February 20, 2021.
Reviews will take place over two days, Saturday, March 20 and Sunday, March 21, 2021 from 9 am – 4:15 pm each day.
Each review is 20 minutes long.
Reviews can be purchased in a set of 6. Whether the reviews take place on one day or over two during the event is decided by registration. The maximum number of reviews you could attend in one day is 6.
The registration fee is $300 for 6 reviews. College students may register at a discounted rate of $50 for 3 reviews.
Cancellations before February 16, 2021 will be given refunds minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations after February 16th will not be eligible for refunds.
Once registrations are filled, we will begin a waiting list. If you would like to be added to the wait list, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If an opportunity to register opens up we will contact the first person on the waiting list. If accepted within 24 hours, we will then send you a payment link. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours we will then offer the spot to the next person on the list.
The reviews will now take place online. Zoom will be used to facilitate the reviews and is free to download here. Details will be emailed to participants in advance of the reviews.
Since the reviews are occuring virtually, participants will prepare folders of images to share from their computer. CPAC will host training workshops and a PhotoVox to help photographers prepare. Details will also be emailed to participants in advance of the reviews.
