Lakewood Art Center has a large window facing Lamar Station Plaza that is open in March 2021 to be rented for the Month of Photography Denver Festival. The “Bay Window Wall” is 6′ x 8′ x 4′ and rents for $150 per month. This space Rental spaces are first come, first served. Rental agreements with more details are available upon request.
Lakewood Art Center charges a 20% sales commission and handles all sales on site. We are located in the Casa Bonita Shopping Center, 6731 W. Colfax Ave., Denver, 80214
